I had a bad experience with Assopol i have a policy with them so was admitted so in the benefits on the assistance crisis it says that transport of stranded dependent must get R2000 if the patient is in hospital for 5 days when i want claim they cant help me i get stories they say i should send the complaint form in order to get assistance. They say you should make a claim first before u go to hospital which is impossible because u cannot predict how many days u will stay in hospital . I cant even get a clear answer from them.
