False advertise

I registered on the sanlam dashboard with high hope that capfin congratulated me on a loan of R50000 which started I qualified for after capturing my details it took me back to my home page to state there's no loans available my point is why miss lead client and false advertise this really creates a negative impact on the sanlam dashboard and giving clients hope for no reason especially in desperate times. I hope this is looked into and prioritized.
