False Accusations

I app**** for cover in April 2025, everything went smoothly and then my doctor was asked to fill in a form stating the reasons why I administered a drip called IVCY to myself. I was shocked that Sanlam accused me of such a major thing, I had never had a drip in my life so the person dealing with the case obviously messed it up or mixed me up with someone else. My doctor refused to complete the form because what was she going to fill in as I had never taken this? To this date I still await some sort of apology from Sanlam, I will never take cover out with them, absolutely shocking.
