Failure to respond

Hello Peter, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Assupol life for how they have handle my issue, or should I say lack of response.. I took a life insurance quote with them beginning of May, then a week later I emailed them to cancel the life policy since I received a better quote. I received an email response from Xolani Masango requesting me to upload some documents in order to cancel the policy. I emailed him the documents on the 25th of May. Last month Assupol deducted money from my account and I am unable to reverse it. I have sent countless emails to them but they chose to ignore me. Please assist
