Failing to provide tfr docs to new RA provider
I have been trying since November last year to transfer my retirement annuity to ETFSARA. The existing policy is a Sanlam PPS Retirement Annuity. Freddie Parson keeps making excuses and does not deliver the documents to the new service provider.
