Failed client
I took out an investment with Sanlam to save up money for lobola now am told I can't get the money until I finish five years while the Sanlam representative I took out the Investment with told me I can get the money whenever I want it I took out two part Surrender's on the same investment without no problems before but am told I have made 1 part surrender why wasn't I told if I took out money once I can get it for 5 years how did I manage to take it twice without being told that I can't get it again Sanlam failed me as a longtime loyal customer and it's going fail lot more customers if they keep on not telling customers everything before taking insurance with them

06 Apr 2018, 12:29i cant b waiting for 2022 to receive my money why was'nt I told by the representative that i cant make more than 1 claim on an investment policies what i know is that i took out both investments on december last year i asked for part surrender on march i did not know that he was going cancel them and open new ones and took out funeral policies on them wich I ddnt have a clue about them i need my money
