Extremely Useless Company

Hi all, My experience with this company is very bad , Still waiting till this day to get my stuff sorted out. I have recently changed banks and completed all the debit order forms so that it can go manually off monthly again. For some reason these guys did not take the money from the account and I needed to pay it manaully in. I have paid for my August premium manually, however they say my account is in arrears whilst I've provided proof of payment .Apparently it was not loaded in my documents as per agent.If I was told that changing my banking details would be a problem to my profile I would not have done it. As I was told by an agent to pay it manually that month. They don't even call back as I've asked. Then this morning i get i mail stating that they have cancelled my policy,
