Extremely Terrible Service

Are there any consultans actually working for Assupol or this is just a Ghost company? I have been sending emails upon emails with no reply wanting to cancel my policy however there's no communication or response! What happened to the cooling off period and being able to cancel our funeral policy at anytime??? This is really a ****!! Please attend to my emails and cancel my funeral policy so that you can STOP deducting money from me!
