EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE WHICH I CANT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I cant believe how *********** theis company is .I requested my banking details to be changed i was told that the banking details on the new account will be changed during the month of April i have to pay for March .I paid and send P.O.P then i got a feedback advising that the money is been allocated the next thing the go again on my account to debit my account which courses my other debit orders to be bounce as i was not expecting them to debit their service are so poor .They dont even know how to treat the customer .I demand my money back and the charges for that debit order which was not supposed to go through .You guys you sit there you lie to us as customer telling us that you are doing you jobs while you are not doing anything instead you are misleading customers about you lies.
