Extremely poor service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with Assupol. I submitted a death claim for my cousin last week Thursday and till today I have not received my money, The funeral is tomorrow 20 October 2023 and we had to go to the loan shark in order to make funeral preparations that means I need to pay the loan shark back with interest. I have been calling and they are saying they would call me back but no one is calling me back. Such poor customer service from Assupol, they don’t care about their clients needs all they care about is making money. I wish I can cancel all my funeral plans with them.
