Extremely poor service!!!!!!

I had app**** for a loan two weeks ago. I have submitted all my paperwork and called in everyday with a pathetic story of "everything is still with the underwriters" it's been two weeks and I've recieved absolutely no feedback. However, prior to that I received endless calls from Sanlam asking me to take a loan. They are very unprofessional and are taking people for a ride. Extremely poor service!!!!

So it's been another wasted day and Sanlam is still giving the run around with different people calling and asking for the same documents that were sent over and over. I will now be contacting the ombudsman and taking this to social media.
I cannot believe the service from Sanlam is so pathetic!!!! Sanlam please stop lying to people
