Extremely frustrating communication

I am very disappointed in the customer service from Sanlam . I really did expect more from such a big brand . I have been trying to get hold of them for my pension fund withdrawal and I am getting no help at all . The lines are always busy and no response on email.

I am beyond frustrated. The whatsapp electronical communication is useless ..no help at all
