Extremely Disappointed with Sanlam's Service – I Want My Money and Policies Closed

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Sanlam Retirement. Despite trying multiple times to get in touch with someone to assist me, all my efforts yielded no results. I was met with silence and no resolution. Out of confusion and desperation, I decided to go to Sanlam's head office in Bellville, hoping to get some assistance. To my utter disbelief, I was seated at a table and had to speak to an agent through a phone! This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

At this point, I am fed up. I want my money, and I demand that all of my policies with Sanlam be closed. If this is the level of service they provide, it's clear that I am not their target market. It's a shame, but I can no longer trust them with my financial well-being. Sanlam, I need my money, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
