The above statement is what you have on your website, but its a lie!

It is very clear that service delivery is just 2 words with NO meaning. How is it possible that a client pays for a policy for 20 years, when the client needs the service and action taken by this huge company, when needed, there's no professional communication via telephone nor email correspondence, for months?

I chose to raise this matter on this platform out of frustration and most of all helplessness. Sanlam, we hope that your Marketing department finds this complaint, soon. Because I am not sure how long my husband can hold on to life!

You boast about your HUGE building on your website, obviously there's lots of staff working there. So tell me WHY should your clients wait for months to even get any communication? Yes, we understand the reports that we had to submit... we have done our part, it's your turn to own up to your promises...DELIVER!
