Extremely Bad Customer Service

I have been trying to get hold of Channel Life for over 6 months. I contact them, and they can't even identify my policy with my ID number. This is extremely worrying should I someday have to claim, yet they have NO PROBLEM taking the premium on a monthly basis. I need the policy breakdown for Policy Number 780036.
