Extreme poor communication and explanation from Sanlam
Sanlam cannot explain why a policy pay-out dropped by R20k and no one bothers to provide feedback. Specifically Rebecca Khumalo who does not have the courtesy to give feedback. Why is Sanlam hiding this?
