Expensive for shorty service
I recall joining Sanlam so excited to join... I have come to realise this is one place with poor customer service. it has been 10 days I request for call back everyday and get useless response that a ticket has been logged yet no one ever calls me. when I call the Sanlam number and asked to be transferred I am told that I need to send and Email. For days I have been trying to get you guys to debit my account come claim stage despite my many request I will be told my benefits are on hold cause of a premium that you guys never collected.
After this my concern is now if there is no way to call into offices and your only manner of communication is email when I die does that mean My family will go through the same stress that I am going through right now, will they end up not receiving my life cover or funeral cover money because you guys are unreachable...
I don’t understand why you guys don’t have a call center you deal with life cover a person who will be mourning shouldn’t have to go through all this trouble some of our parents don’t even have emails what will happen then.
Sometimes a business is just a name, I thought I would receive excellent service cause it’s the great Sanlam but I’m receiving more inconveniences than I did when I paid less premiums with other companies
