Exit pension funds
I've resigned in june 2024 at sanlam sky its 4 months, i haven't received any communication from them. When i call provident fund they say they haven't received my papers till now I must go back to the office and find out. At the office give me the number to communicate with the payroll which he never answers calls or emails. No one is willing to help.

I feel that sanlam is taking me for a fool now, last week they send Simphiwe Dlaminin to assist me with my money that they don't want to pay, I have send the forms and signed them and send them back to him till today no feedback, this morning when I send him email I get auto reply.
I need this matter to be solved today is being a week now people who resigned after me got their money, what is it must I do to get my money. I have to pay my kids school fees they have exams. Am really getting fed up with sanlam.
