Executor's letter required from Sanlam Trust
My husband past away in January and Sanlam is appointed as our executor according to the last will we did through them. I tried to contact them several times via phone, which you hold for 45 minutes and more, and speak to no one and via email to get an executor's letter from them. According to the one reply I received from them on email they tried to contact me continuously, but I never received a call from them according to my knowledge regarding this matter. I am unable to register my husband's vehicle to my name, of which the license expired at the end oh January. A simple letter guys, it is all that it would take. You handled all the claim quick and efficient, this is really not understandable
