EXCUSES TO PAYOUT
I placed a request in April 2019 to have my provident fund withdrawn from Sanlam. I handed in all the required documents through to Sanlam. I contact the contact centre weekly and every week is a different excuse. I spoke to a consultant 2 weeks ago and was told my funds will be released with 7 working days. I called again yesterday and was told the Legal department is handling my claim. I think 3 months is way too long to process a payout. Please stop with the excuses and pay out my money.
