Excuse for no repayment, after arrangements were made timoursly.
On 14 August, I requested that my retirement annuity installment/payment be reduced. The person who helped me in the Sanlam office stated that 6 days was sufficient lead time. On 1 September, Sanlam phoned and stated that the full amount would going off. I stated that I needed to be refunded same day. Sanlam sent me a letter later that day with a list of excuses that I will be only be refunded on 26 September. I reduced my RA so that I can cover my families basic needs. Sanlam is denying me this opportunity. When requesting Sanlam to put me in contact with their top management, this was also ignored.
