Exclusion after i asked.
So i moved over to Sanlams GAP cover in February. Before i done the switch, i sent a email asking will there be any exclusions or waiting periods as i was on a a GAP cover for 2 years. I had to send a cancellation letter through from my previous cover with start and end dates, and i was told via telephonic discussion that there will be no exclusions. We recently got some old accounts that wasn't covered by the medical aid, i submitted all required info through, now i received a email stating it was within my 1st 3 months and is excluded. WOW!!How convenient. I don't know what else to say. I tried to phone the number for queries numerous times, to no avail. If i knew this, i wouldn't have moved over from my previous cover. This is really unacceptable, as i stated this question beforehand.
