Exclusion added without informing me
I had the top over graduate policy since August 2017. In January 2018 I claimed for a severe illness benefit. Then in February 2018 I noticed only now on my profile that automatically I have an exclusion for the same reason I claimed. How is the possible. How is this fair? I requested no change on my policy documents after I claimed so I don’t see why it had to be amended with an exclusion?
