I don’t even know where to start, WE have been trying to resolve a claim for over 3 years, every consultant that we can across made promises but failed to see them through, I sent an email on Monday, within 48hrs, I received a call from Crystal Haas. She was very kind and patient with us, she had solutions to all the queries I had, she made promises and kept. She took the time to answer my questions and ensure I understood everything happening, all while maintaining a reassuring presence that helped me stay calm during our interaction.
