Exceptional customer service!!!
I called Sanlan with a lot of different queries regarding my provident and pensiion fund. I was assisted by Pfano Luruli, he was so professional and very patient with me. I kept on asking him the same questions and he never got irritated.
He made sure that my query was resolved and went an extra mile by sending me all the relevant documents without me even asking him.
I wish everyone would treat customers the way he did. I felt like I was the only client at Sanlam. Thank you so much Pfano for your exceptional service.
