Excellent service on processing a funeral policy.

My wife and I have each have funeral insurance through Sanlam Sky for several members of the family. One passed away recently, and we were not looking forward to the drudge of submitting our claims. Earlier this week I decided to get it done. Emily at Sanlam Sky took my call. She was very friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything was done. I had told Emily that my wife was also going to submit a claim, and she offered to help my wife sort it out there and then. I passed the phone to my wife, and a few minutes later, we were both done. We felt quite happy about having got both claims submitted, and even more pleased when payment was made in less than 24 hours afterward! Thank you Emily and Sanlam Sky for making a generally onerous task pleasant and quick. Thank you also for the kind note of condolence we received from the company afterward. Outstanding service like this leaves a favourable impression one never forgets.
