Excellent service from Sanlam ,Head Office

I phoned Sanlam Head Office, in Bellville on the 15th August 2019 and spoke to a Ms. Allison Solomons. I needed to know into which policies my money was going and more details about each policy. Allison had the world of patience with going through each policy with me ,even emailing it to me in the meanwhile ,while I was still searching on my PC for the specific document . On the 2nd July 2019 I also spoke to a Martin Carolus of Sanlam in Bellville. Once again I can attest to the excellent service rendered for a similar request . The amazing part was that in both cases they never even requested me to rate their service as to what other corporates are doing. These are just 2 individuals prepared to advise and assist and being extremely patient ,while you can detect in the tone of their voices that they are very busy ,but still prepared at giving you their full attention.
