Excellent service by Ncumisa from Sanlam Reality

Recently joined Sanlam Reality and had a query regarding the possibility of retrospectively loading my Health Risk Assessment results which was done earlier in the year prior to joining Sanlam Reality. The query, which required referral to management for consideration, was dealt with through excellent service by Ncumisa Tshukula! This was likely the most pleasant experience from any call centre in years and if this is how the relationship with Reality starts I can’t be more happy that I made the decision to do so. The query understandably took some time to resolve but Ncumisa was knowledgeable, affable, reassuring, kept her promises to keep me updated throughout with all updates via phonecall received on the promised day and followed up with an email. Well done Ncumisa, you are a true gem and asset to Sanlam, thank you for your excellent service and the personal touch in your tone when we spoke!
