Excellent Service by Kamogelo Molotsane from SanlamSky

In 2023 15 June I lost my beloved grandmother at the age of 80, so going through her many documents I found a policy that she took with African Assurance Limited dated 1997 and the company was bought by Sanlam, so after numerous attempts to get assistance on this I gave up as it seemed I was not getting the help I need until my case was handled by Kamogelo Molotsane who is a Team Leader in Client Contact Centre at Sanlam Sky, she was informative and was understanding as I was furious and demotivated by the answers I kept getting from some of the advisors at Sanlam, I am sure I have sent her almost 100 emails daily bombarding her with questions and asking for feedback daily, not even once was she rude, nor angry with me instead she always responded positively and kept me at ease knowing she is working tirelessly to get my matter resolved even though it is still in progress I feel I should recognize her and let South Africans know that at Sanlam they care for their clients and with such advisors Sanlam will is definitely the best insurer so from the bottom of my Heart I thank you Kamo and thank you to Sanlam sky for hiring you, an important asset you are and we as clients we buy service not premium and cover but service so your service has been excellent from day 1.
