Excellent service

I would like to extend my greatest thanks to Sanlam Trust for the great service I received from them the past month until today.i had made a request and they attended to it promptly payment was made to the service provider/shop.

However I had a dispute with the shop due to certain reasons I asked them to return the money to Sanlam Trust, again Sanlam was Very helpful even though it was not their fault to begin with.

I was frustrated I did not know what to do because I was taken up and down by that particular store I was treated like a *****,I'm grateful to a lady by the name of Yolanda Van Schalkwyk at Samlam she went over and beyond to make sure I was assisted.

She communicated with me and made sure I was in the loop the entire time I don't know how to thank her.The ladies at the call centre I spoke to we're friendly And also Very understanding unfortunately I do not know their names but thank you ladies.

I still don't have what I requested for but it was communicated that the beneficiary will get it I'm just saying thank you because you made it your mission to assist even if the problem was with the initial shop.
