Excellent customer service at Sanlam

I want to applaud Sanlam for their caring services to their clients at all times. I took an investment with them in 2014 paying monthly installments and never worried about it. On darker days I called the office to inquire if I can get a loan against the funds since I signed up for 10-year maturity. To my surprise, I was allowed to do a withdrawal and was able to fix my leaking roof due to heavy rains in Durban. And I continued to engage them on all my financial issues, all the time I received excellent service.

Keep up the good work Sanlam team, I was truly impressed by the service and will always encourage people to see what's in store at Sanlam.
