Excellent Customer Service
I recently called into Assupol for assistance with my Demutualisation payout, my query was handled by a delightful well spoken lady by the name of Pumzile Magwanya. What could've easily been a headache, due to my complex situation, turned into a great customer experience for me. Pumzile knows her products and is happy to go the extra mile for her clients. Though my query has not been finalised yet, I was genuinely taken aback by her humility, and had to say thank you to her in the best way possible.
