Excellent Customer Service

I called the switchboard line in Sandton and i spoke to a very active and warm lady by the name of Lindiwe no firstly her introduction was very professional .I was quite irate because my policy was in areas where as i made a direct debt .I yelled at her , went high volume but I couldn't believe how she actually took all my bull she did not argue with me nor loose her patience she kept the call professional ,she advise me that she will transfer me to the call center and by hearing that I just went red because we all know the call center takes hours to answer and you being transferred to various people actually she got the manager on the line and I got assisted no that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE...... she deserves an A excellent service thank you<br> <br> Marika Van Wyk
