Excellent Client Relations -Going an Extra Mile

I would like to commend Penny Cellere(Client Relations Consultant-Sanlamsky SA.I have been dealing with her since I lodged my complaint on 12/03/2015.I was dealing with other consultants as well but she stood out as an Excellent Customer Oriented SConsultant.Her Calm attitude,well Mannered and always putting the client at the centre of her Job was very impressive,she really Takes the Trophy for me!<br> <br> Although this hasnt changed my mind about Sanlam Sky's way of handling my policies,she really stood out.She didnt just assist me with the compaint but other queries and claims I have had,she managed to resolve things that might have taken others months or even never,her feedback time was at a blink of an ey,I never sat wondering what was happening,kept me updated and always open ,transparent and explained processes clearly.<br> <br> I hope this note reaches her Highest Management Team members as such great work desrves recognition,well done Penny and Keep up the Excellent Work!<br>
