Excellent and poor service

I'm tired of complaining about Assupol and the staff members... 5 star is for the lady that assisted my uncle with a claim despite the load shedding but she assisted he is grateful and it was paid very early.. However he wanted to add a member and the other Lady promised to call but never called, he went to Assupol the second tíme and this lady said she will call and never called... He then went to Assupol this morning was met by the screener who cannot speak or doesn't want to speak we don't know. The lady that promised to call was not there and she should thank the Lord for that . now the lady that assisted with the claim referred her to another lady who was helpful but unfortunate for his they could not assist and this would have been avoided and petrol would not have been wasted it that Lady helped
