Excellence service

<p>I would like to extend my graditude and appreciation to Safrican but mostly to Jacob Moepi. I work for Nedbank and linked to Safrican and one of the member who was listed on the policy was my father. He passed on, on the 20/06/2017 and I called in and Mmabatho Mariri was effecient to send me an claim form told me the process and transferred me to Jacob and Me and him the moment we spoke he was patient and understood even when I called constantly he beared with me. When you lose a family member thats the most diffucult time for everyone, stress ans everything and Jacob understood that and he deserve a BELLS. We had things to buy and that money when it went in on the 22/06/2017 as promised while waiting for sum stupid policies my parents had SAFRICAN MADE it possible while some only paid while his coffin was going down pathetic. I may not mention everyone who was involved but JACOB is my main MAN, tried calling to thank him personally but I was advised he went on lunch keep up the good work...if non bank staff could join would tell the world about U guys you the best my dad was laid to rest on 24/06/2017 with dignity pls give Jacob a raise or promostion but where he will still deal with clients cause he understand...</p>
