ETREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION

Sanlam Indie is useless. I took out a life cover in August and did medicals. I spoke to one of the consultants after medicals asking if my life cover was approved.. She said yes and I was expecting the 1st debit order on the 25th of September. They did not debit and no form of communication was made. I called again in October asking why there was no debit order. The person I spoke to said she will refer my matter to the finance department as she also does not know why there was no debit order...STILL NOBODY called me regarding this matter until I sent an email.. Only to be told that my life cover was declined because of my BMI!! I should have been told IMMEDIATELY about this so that I can go to other Insurance companies. TWO MONTHS thinking I have a life cover!!!! I work for an insurance company and clients are told immediately about the any changes in the products they purchase... USELESS SANLAM. What would have happened to my family if I died without a life cover???? Le Useless marn!!!!!!!
