Pathetic is not even the word, people go through the worse loss of their life and Sanlam just makes it worse by like a thousand times! We have been struggling to get a estate finalized for seven month, we drove to Head Office in Johannesburg in June to hand deliver original documents after a world of struggling just to get another request for the exact same documents in the week! You guys are not even delivering anything close to the word service - if you call you know the phone won't be answered, send a email you will wait forever! I really recommend moving all your business away from any Sanlam institution.
