Entirely disappointed
I took a life cover with assupol and the agent said if I want to cancel my premiums will be paid back to me, refunded, even the booklet stated that. After 2 premiums I cancelled and the call centre agent says there’s no refund, I’m entirely disappointed considering how expensive the policy was.
