Empty promises from Sanlam ACA pension fund

I resigned from absa in July 2019.my last day at work was the 17th of august 2019. I have send the documents in July, & waited more than 6 weeks for the pension money to be paid out, only to my surprise when I call on the 23/10/2019 to find out what's the delay,I was told that they don't see the documents. I spoke to Mafa Maphosa & I have resend the documents & he promised that I will get the money on the 30/10/19. I've waited until 31/10/19 still no money in, then I called on the 30 of October 2019 and I left messages and again on the 31st of october to make a follow up,he then again promise me that I will receive the money on the 1st of Nov. Still I didn't receive money.nor phone call. What ****es me off are empty promises & the delays that I don't understand & no explanation. Please resolve this as soon as today. If it's not resolved by monday I'm taking this further. I'm tired of waiting. I've been patient for too long,it's getting on my nerve.
