Empty promises

Sanlam offers poor customer service. They will promise to call you back when you submit the claim but they never keep to their promises. They take people fro granted and they are quick to take their customers money with empty promises. continued to deducting money from my account for someone who died 13 years ago and refusing to refund me. I wish people can see you for who you are.
