Empty promises

They didn't even cancel my debt order as per my instruction. The service sucks I was suppose to get my payout today, I have been waiting for two whole weeks. Now they are telling me that they couldn't process my payment due to not meeting the deadline. The service sucks with empty promises. I called yesterday to confirm & the consulted confirm payment will be paying our today now I have to wait for another week.
