To Whom it may concern<br> <br> I was not happy the way I was responded to by the consultant as I simply did a follow up peacefully as I am in need my finance that I am waiting for quite a while. If this is the kind of feedback Tumelo gives clients then I am afraid as I think he is the type to have a bad day then take it out on clients. <br> <br> All I asked is to possibly try and speed up my claim/request as I have financial difficulties and need funds urgently that's all.
