Email Submission Issues – Urgent Attention Needed

I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues trying to submit a required document to Sanlam Trust. Emails sent to the provided address (***) keep bouncing back, despite several attempts. This has made it extremely difficult to meet submission deadlines.

The document relates to reference number. The situation is further complicated by the fact that the guardian involved has limited digital literacy, and I am the only one able to assist—while also working and studying full time. They live in a remote area with poor internet access, which adds to the communication challenges.

I kindly urge Sanlam Trust to please provide a working and reliable email address for submissions and to assist in processing this matter, despite the delay caused by these issues.
