Claim number 429085 - I have been waiting for a number of months for Sanlam to pay out this claim and still nothing. Each time I follow up with them, I simply get an auto response. No human person has made any effort to contact me, to advise why they have not paid out yet. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!!!
