Education Policy or ****?

I have an education policy with Channel Life. I have been paying monthly since 2005. I have recently been trying to get in touch with Channel Life to withdraw and close the policy but the contact numbers printed on the policy documents seem to be disconnected or no longer operational. Was this a ****? So much of money wasted! I need answers.
