Early Debits in December got me dumfounded

Sanlam Personal Loans debited my account on the 15th of this month . My salary date is the 21st. No one in this institution check when my actual salary date for December is. I was told that FNB allowed three early dates to be billed the 15th, 18th and 21st. I had a horrid time trying to speak to call center agents this morning and were sent from pillar to post for 30 minutes with no resolution. I was told to fill in forms and wait for 24 to 48 working hours which will bring me back to Monday. this mean that i am seriously cashflow horrid position for 7 days without resolution.

Again a no direct resolution. I would like the readers of this issues to understand how I got exactly the same feedback from Direct Axis and FNB whom the agreement was done with. A consumers power is totally taken away with SLA's which does not help us in any way. I am no further than where i was when i started escalating the issue on monday.

I received zero feedback directly from Sanlam personal loans. Between FNB and Dirext Axis i got a personal call and a resolution.

Sanlam Personal Loans i my mind do not take the consumer seriously and I believe in this case i will go to the bank ombudsman. I do not like to be bul**** by big corporates. Especially when I am in crises caused by them.
