DUPLICATE POLICY

Hi

I wanted to take a funeral policy for my daughter and I was told that she already has one. I asked the consultant to check who opened the policy because I can only cover for R10 000. The consultant told me that she cant help me, it's not fair since I'm the mother and want to take out a policy for my child.

I'm restricted and feel that there should be a way so that I can rest assured that my family is taken care off. Please look into the matter.
