Dumb processes created and managed by dumb people
Trying to get ANY response from these people is just difficult.
Last response I received on a query on a lapsed policy was that the query could not be completed because the policy was lapsed.
Not sure how to query this now. Guess it makes sense to Sanlam but literally nobody else on this planet.
