On 2023-07-07 I sent my documents to Me Jane Mashabela for dreaded disease claim. On 2023-08-07 at 12:29 I received an email from the same person saying that my documents was send to Medical Officer. On 2023-08-30 at 10:57 I requested to the same email address if there is any progress.
On 2023-09-04 I registered a complaint with Assupol for no feedback. The number that is also given under the signature of Me Mashabela’s signature on her emails is also not working. The number *** is not answered. I have been holding for 6 minutes with nobody answering. Later the phone was answered and said the claim will be escalated.

Bernice Sade Benade Administrator: Compliance & Regulatory Affairs On 2023-09-12 I received the following email : Kindly note that the enquiry has been received, feedback shall be provided shortly.
This is all Assupol can say or do. In the meantime living with RA and trying to make life easier is not that easy. The monthly instalments for this is collected every month without any problems. But when it comes to claims, Assupol doesn’t deliver. This disease is not going to go away….. Dreadfully not. I wish it would.
